Service
Reports summarize customer-provided and customer-authorized source data. Reports are operating aids, not accounting, legal, compliance, tax, or marketing-agency advice.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate source files, screenshots, exports, and business context.
- Confirm that submitted data can be used for reporting.
- Make final business, vendor, staffing, sales, and compliance decisions independently.
Subscriptions
Launch and Operator are monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe Checkout. Portfolio accounts are sales-assisted. Subscriptions can be cancelled by email.
Delivery
The product promise is a Monday operating report. During concierge pilots, source availability and customer response time may affect report completeness.
