The seven numbers

Everything an owner needs. Nothing a marketer wants.

No sessions, no CTR, no attribution models. Seven operator numbers, each with this week, last week, the four-week trend, and one sentence that says what it means.

1

Calls

Total, missed, trend, and callback risk.

2

Leads

Forms, estimate requests, inbound email.

3

Google profile

Views, clicks, directions, call taps.

4

Reviews

New reviews, rating drift, response lag.

5

Job sources

Where this week's work actually came from.

6

Pipeline

Quoted, booked, and stale opportunities.

7

Vendor risk

License & compliance status, powered by LicenseWatchMI.

How it works

You forward us the sources. We do the rest.

1

Tell us your sources

Google Business Profile link, phone provider, where estimates live. CSV exports and screenshots are fine — no integrations required to start.

2

We assemble the seven

We normalize the numbers, compare them to your last four weeks, and write the plain-English interpretation an office manager can act on.

3

Monday, 6:00 AM

The report lands before the trucks roll. Read it in 90 seconds. No login. Ever.

Built for the same buyers

One weekly report, three urgent operating contexts.

7lytics uses the same buyer lanes as LicenseWatchMI, then turns each lane into a Monday owner habit.

General contractors

Missed calls, stale quotes, subcontractor risk, and job-source drift before the week gets away.

Contractor version

Property managers

Vendor compliance, maintenance lead flow, review lag, and portfolio pipeline in one owner-readable email.

Property version

Restoration firms

Emergency calls, referral source shifts, quote follow-up, and subcontractor flags before dispatch decisions.

Sample report

The sales demo is the product.

The sample report shows the exact Monday format: seven numbers, plain-English interpretation, three actions, and evidence labels with retrieval dates.

Monday promise

The cadence is part of the product.

The report is only valuable if it arrives before the week starts. The operating rhythm protects that promise.

Fri cutoff

Customer sources and screenshots are collected before the weekend.

Sun QA

Numbers, evidence labels, and actions are reviewed before send.

Mon 6 AM

The owner report lands before trucks roll and calls start.

Mon noon

Open status is checked so unread reports get follow-up.

Wed call

Pilots are asked what they read, skipped, and acted on.

Pricing

Less than one missed call costs you.

Questions

The honest answers.

Why no dashboard?

Because you won't log into one — and we both know it. The product is a 90-second Monday read. If a report needs a login to be useful, the report failed.

What access do you need?

As little as possible. Start with your Google Business Profile link and whatever exports you already have — CSVs and screenshots work. Least-privilege connections only, never resold, retention policy in plain English.

What if my data is messy?

That's normal. The $199 setup (free for LicenseWatchMI customers) includes source cleanup and your first baseline report, so week one starts from truth.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in one email. You keep every report we've sent. If the Monday email isn't the first thing you read, we'd rather you cancel.
