Seven numbers.
Every Monday.
No dashboard.
One weekly email that tells you whether the week got better or worse — calls, leads, Google visibility, reviews, job sources, pipeline, and vendor risk — with the three things to do about it.
Free sample with placeholder numbers — see the format in 2 minutes. View sample or start at $49/mo.
- Call back Thursday's 4 missed leads before noon.
- Request reviews from the 5 jobs closed last week.
- Lakeview Electrical's license expires in 41 days — start the renewal conversation.
Everything an owner needs. Nothing a marketer wants.
No sessions, no CTR, no attribution models. Seven operator numbers, each with this week, last week, the four-week trend, and one sentence that says what it means.
Calls
Total, missed, trend, and callback risk.
Leads
Forms, estimate requests, inbound email.
Google profile
Views, clicks, directions, call taps.
Reviews
New reviews, rating drift, response lag.
Job sources
Where this week's work actually came from.
Pipeline
Quoted, booked, and stale opportunities.
Vendor risk
License & compliance status, powered by LicenseWatchMI.
You forward us the sources. We do the rest.
Tell us your sources
Google Business Profile link, phone provider, where estimates live. CSV exports and screenshots are fine — no integrations required to start.
We assemble the seven
We normalize the numbers, compare them to your last four weeks, and write the plain-English interpretation an office manager can act on.
Monday, 6:00 AM
The report lands before the trucks roll. Read it in 90 seconds. No login. Ever.
One weekly report, three urgent operating contexts.
7lytics uses the same buyer lanes as LicenseWatchMI, then turns each lane into a Monday owner habit.
General contractors
Missed calls, stale quotes, subcontractor risk, and job-source drift before the week gets away.
Contractor versionProperty managers
Vendor compliance, maintenance lead flow, review lag, and portfolio pipeline in one owner-readable email.
Property versionRestoration firms
Emergency calls, referral source shifts, quote follow-up, and subcontractor flags before dispatch decisions.
Restoration versionThe sales demo is the product.
The sample report shows the exact Monday format: seven numbers, plain-English interpretation, three actions, and evidence labels with retrieval dates.
Northline Mechanical: 3 up, 2 down, 2 flags
Biggest win: review velocity doubled. Biggest risk: 4 missed calls Thursday.
- Call back Thursday's 4 missed leads before noon.
- Request reviews from the 5 jobs closed last week.
- Start Lakeview Electrical's renewal conversation this week.
The cadence is part of the product.
The report is only valuable if it arrives before the week starts. The operating rhythm protects that promise.
Customer sources and screenshots are collected before the weekend.
Numbers, evidence labels, and actions are reviewed before send.
The owner report lands before trucks roll and calls start.
Open status is checked so unread reports get follow-up.
Pilots are asked what they read, skipped, and acted on.
Less than one missed call costs you.

The honest answers.
Why no dashboard?
Because you won't log into one — and we both know it. The product is a 90-second Monday read. If a report needs a login to be useful, the report failed.
What access do you need?
As little as possible. Start with your Google Business Profile link and whatever exports you already have — CSVs and screenshots work. Least-privilege connections only, never resold, retention policy in plain English.
What if my data is messy?
That's normal. The $199 setup (free for LicenseWatchMI customers) includes source cleanup and your first baseline report, so week one starts from truth.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in one email. You keep every report we've sent. If the Monday email isn't the first thing you read, we'd rather you cancel.
