7lytics collects the minimum information needed to produce weekly operating reports and respond to sample report requests.
Information we collect
- Contact details, company details, segment, and notes submitted through forms.
- Operating source files or screenshots customers choose to provide.
- Weekly metrics, report history, source labels, retrieval dates, and delivery/open status.
- Payment status and Stripe identifiers needed to operate subscriptions.
How we use it
We use submitted information to create sample reports, produce paid weekly reports, process payments, maintain report archives, measure retention, and improve the operating report format.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. We use service providers only where needed for hosting, payments, email delivery, storage, and analytics of the 7lytics service.
Retention
Sample requests may be retained for follow-up and conversion tracking. Paid report records are retained while the customer relationship is active and for a reasonable operational record period after cancellation.
Access
Customers can request deletion or export of submitted source files and report records by emailing report@7lytics.com.
LicenseWatchMI
Joint customers may see LicenseWatchMI vendor-compliance status inside 7lytics reports. Vendor evidence remains tied to point-in-time source labels and retrieval dates.
